ABOUT US

We want you to know who we truly are
and where our success will take us.

The following is an excerpt from our
corporate business plan:

Although our company began its development many years ago, it was
not until 2007 that A G Done Right Inc was founded and began its
operation in this market area.  Much experience, education and team
building were necessary to allow a full understanding of our industry,
market and competition.  It was also necessary first to determine the
needs and expectations of our customers and our responsibilities as a
professional restoration company.

We believe our first responsibility is to the customer.  Unlike many
businesses, our customers consist of everyone with whom we have
direct and indirect contact.  The first we serve are those who have
encountered a property loss.  These customers at times do not have a
clear understanding of their needs.  Assisting in determining these
needs can be a valuable service to the property owner and if applicable,
the insurance company.  In this process, expectations may be set or
adjusted to correspond to the type of loss and the best solution of
remediation.

A second example of our customer is the local insurance agent.  Many
factors are important to boost, or at least maintain the relationship
between the insured and the agent.  Quick response time and straight
forward communication, with solid pricing by a professional, educated
and well equipped restoration company who will restore the loss to
industry standards in the most cost efficient and time sensitive fashion
possible.

During the restoration process, communication by us to both the
customer and the agent is very important.  This gives the agent peace
of mind knowing the insured is satisfied and more likely to come back
for repeat business.  The agent can now spend more time on other
tasks, by not having to field calls from the customer with questions and
concerns about the project.

A final customer group we are responsible to satisfy in the restoration
industry is the insurance companies and the adjusters who represent
them.
We have proven ourselves the vendor of choice for adjusters by
consistently delivering on what today’s adjuster needs.  Adjusters
appreciate our quick file closures, competitive pricing, and a company
they can count on when they have a tough claim to handle.

We are responsible to our employees, who work with us all hours of the
day and quite often the night.  Everyone must be considered as an
individual.  We must respect their dedication to their continuing
education and reward their exemplary performance.  They must have a
sense of security in their jobs.  We must provide a clean, orderly and
safe work environment, while supplying all the tools, both physically
and mentally necessary to advance their skills.

Our final responsibility is to our investors and shareholders.  Business
must make a sound profit.  We must continue to research the ever-
changing industry, develop our own innovative methods and pay for
our mistakes.  New equipment and vehicles must be purchased in order
to stay top notch in performance and appearance.  Reserves must be
created to provide for unexpected costs and adverse times.

Our strategy of marketing is fueled by our commitment to the
community.  We must educate everyone in our market that there is a
company who can respond in a timely fashion, restore the loss at a rate
less expensive and faster than replacing and take the stress of a loss
away by communicating directly with the insurance agent, adjuster and
property owner.  It is our goal to develop a relationship with each
insurance agency in the area.  We must continue to communicate often
to keep them informed of the progress and changes in our company
and industry.  By not maintaining this open communication, we are
potentially doing a disservice to the community.  When a company is
chosen to respond to a loss that can not complete the service to
industry standards, often this costs the insurance company and the
property owner more headaches and more money.

Our pricing is made fair and consistent by using XACTIMATE estimating
software. This software considers the geographic location and current
pricing agreed to by the insurance industry and updates its pricing
constantly. This software is used by 80% of adjusters in the industry.
